Whatever you're building, we're here to help you take the first step with confidence.

  • We provide specialized virtual care for patients with lung conditions such as COPD and asthma, sleep-related concerns including insomnia and sleep apnea, and recovery support after hospitalization or ICU stays. Our focus is on helping patients improve breathing, sleep quality, and overall recovery.

  • You will be cared for directly by a board-certified pulmonary and internal medicine physician with advanced training in critical care. All care is physician-led and personalized to your needs.

  • Yes. We offer dedicated post-hospital and post-ICU recovery care to help patients transition safely home, reduce complications, and improve long-term outcomes.

  • All visits are conducted through a secure telehealth platform from the comfort of your home. You will receive a private link before your appointment to connect directly with your physician.

  • We currently focus on providing care to patients in Florida. Additional states may be added in the future.

  • No special equipment is required. A smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access is sufficient. If you use devices such as a CPAP machine or home oxygen, we can review and optimize your therapy during your visit. Having a pulse oxymeter and a blood pressure machine would be helpful if managing blood pressure optamization during post ICU recovery program

  • We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance. This allows us to provide more personalized, extended visits without the limitations of traditional insurance models.
